Katelyn Patton is a recruiting expert with 7yrs experience in Corporate Human Resources and Recruiting working inside a large, international company all the way to a tech agency start-up. She is passionate about bringing humanity back into the hiring process and making it a beneficial process for all involved. Everyone who applies to your job postings deserves a response but that doesn't mean you need to be overwhelmed in the process.

On the personal side, Katelyn is a football-loving wife and homeschooling mom of 5 who is passionate about giving her family every opportunity to thrive and live out their God-given callings.
